Based on their total score, movers are ranked in tiers from S tier to F tier, with higher ranks bringing greater benefits.
Movers in the S tier represent the elite—those with perfect attendance, glowing customer reviews, and no damages. These movers enjoy the highest wages and are always the first picked for jobs. In the A tier, movers still demonstrate high performance and consistency, with competitive pay and priority job assignments. B tier movers are reliable and solid but may need slight improvements to reach the next level. Those in the C and D tiers have areas to improve, with a clear path to success, while F tier movers are given opportunities for feedback and training.
