Share the type, quantity and packaging of your stock alongside office and warehouse furniture. The team will confirm which items and handling arrangements can be included in the moving plan.
A phased plan can be discussed, but the workable sequence depends on your stock, staffing and site access. Identify priority lines and any periods when loading bays cannot be shared.
It is not assumed in a standard moving quote. Send the racking specification and site details so dismantling, anchoring and installation responsibilities can be agreed.
List equipment weights, dimensions and lifting points where available. Specialist lifting or machinery work must be assessed and confirmed before booking.
Use consistent origin and destination zone labels, supported by a master inventory. Keep priority stock clearly identified and nominate someone to direct receiving at the new facility.
