After such a terrible experience with Kratos moving company we will be doing any future moves by ourselves... it was that bad. The crew that were supposed to show up at our strict moving elevator time were over an hour late, and then showed up with a uhaul much too small to hold all our inventory even though the list had been sent over multiple times weeks in advance. They did not bother to put protective covering over our walls nor did they bring dollies with them to which we supplied our 4 wheel dolly and they ended up 'losing' it. They did not comprehend instructions, lost personal belongings of ours, did nothing to assist in the installation of items as mentioned as a service on the company website, damaged the walls in our new home and left everything in a pile for us to sort through after that day from hell. When I lodged a complaint with the company they offered to compensate for the missing items, not for the extra 4 hour round trip we were forced to take to retrieve the rest of our items that did not fit in that dinky uhaul. Management is sleazy and dishonest. They send a 20ft truck for a 3000sq ft home, even though a larger truck was requested, just so more hours get added to the move and multiple trips as well.  A 2nd truck was asked to be on standby and it took them 7 hours to get the 2nd truck on site. They charged us same rate for 2 movers as they do 3 movers. They can't be trusted

We had Yasin, Mursel, and Yakub from Kratos moving to help us move homes. They were amazing from start to finish. They were reliable, fast working and genuinely nice guys. We will definitely use them again. Thanks guys.
