At Kratos Moving, we’ve implemented a comprehensive scoring system to track the performance of our Cicero Sales Agents, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients. This system evaluates several key areas: attendance, call quality, accuracy of client information, attitude and professionalism, number of successful bookings, and overall loyalty to the company. Based on their total score, agents are ranked in tiers from S tier to F tier, with higher ranks unlocking greater benefits.
Agents in the S tier represent the elite—those with perfect attendance, strong booking numbers, exceptional client interactions, and consistent accuracy in their work. These agents enjoy the highest pay rates and receive priority on the most valuable leads. A tier agents still perform at a high level, showing strong consistency and earning competitive pay with lead assignment priority. B tier agents are dependable and effective but may need fine-tuning in certain areas to move up. Those in the C and D tiers have clear opportunities for growth, supported by feedback and additional training, while F tier agents are guided with development plans to help them improve.
